Delivery
We deliver from Monday to Friday between 9.00am & 5.30pm.
EU & World Deliveries
We can deliver to almost anywhere please see our delivery map for further information.Estimated delivery time - stock items
We generally advise customers that any order can take up to three weeks to be delivered. Typically deliveries are made within 7-10 working days. Deliveries outside Ireland are made within 10-15 working days.
Estimated lead time - special orders
All special order will be quoted a lead time at checkout. Please note this is only an estimate and is not contractural. We will advise you by e-mail when your goods are ready for dispatch.
Estimated delivery lead times can be seen both within the rug information pages & within your account.
Delivery
Prior to your order being dispatched we will notify you by e-mail and advise you of a delivery date. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the address you have nominated. Once goods have been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address.
All deliveries will take place between 9am & 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
