Splinter Rugs

Splinter by Brink & Campman is woven on an 'Axminster Loom' using the finest grade wool sourced within the EU.

Being woven on a loom each rug has an even & consistent pile which is both durable & hard wearing. Pile drop is also reduced to almost zero due to the woven structure locking the wool into the back cloth.

Being woven with a jute back typically Axminster rugs have a slightly shorter pile than tufted rug being approx 12mm deep from front to back. This shorter pile makes them ideal for high risk trip area's & often means doors can fit over them without adjustment.
