Kazar Rugs

Kazar is a unique flatweave range by one of Europe's renowned wilton manufacturer Louis de Poortere.
Each rug combines a patchwork of panels which are directly inspired by traditional oriental carpet designs. Each rug is made up of panels woven on wilton jaquard loom using a fine wool & cotton chenille. The wool & chenille are combined to create a slightly raised nap pile giving intricate shading effects.

Each rug is sown together intgrating the stitch detailing into the design. The edges are folded back on themselves & hemmed neatly to create a clean edge finish. The back is then coated with an anti-slip formula to ensure the rugs do lot slip around on the floor.

Please be aware that these items are made in limited numbers & thus we typically quote a lead time for 4 weeks.
